Our attorneys have been litigating all substantive areas of law for over a dozen years.  With our intimate knowledge of the litigation process, we provide a detailed strategy and budget at the outset to minimize surprises.  We believe that clients should know the true costs and timeline going in to the litigation.

We have taken cases all the way through arbitration and trial, as well as appeal.  While we explore settlement, our focus is on preparing the case for trial.  In one of our IP matters, we obtained a temporary restraining order against the violation of the client’s copyrighted software from the Southern District of New York.  In another, we obtained a temporary restraining order against the revelation of the client’s trade secrets.

With our scalable model, we have sufficient resources to take on large and mid-size law firms.  In fact, we routine litigate against AmLaw 100 firms.
