Advice and Negotiation: For Silicon Valley companies, their most valuable asset is often their intellectual property.  We help our clients maximize their IP revenue stream by negotiating and licensing their technology and services.  Recently, we helped an iPhone and iPad developer negotiate and close a software development agreement valued at over a quarter million dollars.  


Enforcement: In addition, we assist software developers in enforcing their licenses.  In 2009, we brought suit on behalf of a San Francisco software developer against a Chinese licensee.  After a year of litigation, including service of process under the Hague Convention, the parties settled the dispute amicably.
