Advice & Prosecution: We advise and represent clients on copyright, patent, trademark and trade secret issues.  In addition, we prosecute trademarks before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).  Here are a couple of trademarks that we recently obtained:

Litigation: Flashpoint shines in IP litigation.  Unique for a firm our size, we have litigated several trademark, copyright, trade secret and patent cases.  Given the potential costs of these actions, our focus is to resolve them efficiently, while preserving the client’s business objectives and competitiveness. 

In a huge win. we convinced the US District Court for the Northern District to enforce a non-compete agreement against a former supplier and employee.  Typically, non-compete agreements are void as against California public policy, however, due to the trade secret implications, the court granted a TRO in our client’s favor: Order.
