We advise employers and employees on California’s unique employment laws.  In addition, we represent both employers and employees in court and in proceedings before the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).  In addition, Shirish Gupta is a volunteer mediator with the DFEH. 


We advise and help executives negotiate employment contracts as well as exit packages.


We recently advised a foreign company on the employment laws of various U.S. states.
